Weapon gunnery ranges have been adjusted to permit AP/HE projectile shooting guns two distinct weapon ranges. One for the AP projectiles which represents the shorter AP projectile range, and a longer HE projectile range.

Updated the Kitzingen Ruse operations, added (1) T-64, (2) T-64BV, to VDV Mechanized (IFV) Infantry company tab.
Reorganized position of 82-mm Mortar, 2B14 on all tabs.
