-Corrected mistake with trigger_multiple entities

- Upped the number of CT and T spawns to 20 and spaced them out
- Added trigger_multiple and info_teleport_destination entities in order to properly zone the map

I compiled entities only after making these changes, so I hope that works - please let me know if I need to do a full compile instead.

Added 10 of each CT/T spawn entity. They are currently overlapping - if they need to be positioned apart from each other to work properly, just comment again.
