Fixed Fiona's gun using up ammo, this led to her losing the ability to shoot.

Fixed Feral Rats and Off Duty workers missing voices and sfx

Updated the pack to the newest version of VJ Base, fixing a lot of the issues caused by the revamp update!

There may be a few bugs and weird changes due to the update still, but they SNPCs should work just fine! No more Off Duty Zombies blowing up your computer!

-- General Changes --

Renamed the spawn menu name to "HL: Azure Sheep" (added a missing : )

Gave a spawn icon to the spawn menu tab

The Glock 17 can now be picked up if you own HL:S or have the Half-Life: Sweps addon

The Beretta can now be picked up if you have the Opposing Force Sweps addon (or its C_hands variant)

-- Justin Barn's (HEV and normal) --

Increased Barn's fire-rate with the pistol for both his HEV and normal counterpart

Barn now has interactions with Kate! (Asking specific questions and if she dies)

Added a few new lines for when HEV Barn heals the player

-- Kate --

Kate now uses burst fire on her pistol occasionally.
Kate now has a faster rate of fire just like Barn.
Made Kate's kicks to partially more damage
Raised Kate's health to 175
Has two unique interactions with Barn (Question, and dying)

-- Fiona --

Her balistics vest now acts as actual armor (Less damage when shot in the body)
Raised her health to 150
Increased her kick damage.

-- Biter --

Faster movement speed, more damage
Should no longer clip with its own kind

-- Magenta Slave --

Made the wind up to the electric attack faster

-- Diablo --

Raised health to 1250
Increased Armor when shot in the eye
Improved chasing maybe?
Stronger melee damage and shock damage

-- Special Forces --

Raised HP to 95

There's probably a whole bunch of other changes too, but these are just the ones I can name from the top of my head!

THE DIABLO UPDATE!

Added a few remaining NPCs from azure sheep, with unique models and abilities so they stand out from default HL:R NPCs

Added:
Biter (Originally Archers in the mod)
Feral Rats (Originally just rats in the mod)
Fiona (Black Ops Character used in cutscenes from the mod)
Justin Barns in his HEV suit (Justin Barns as he's seen in the later half of the game)
The "Diablo" Panthereye Boss fight (Reworked to be a little cooler than the original mod!)


Still no Gorodn or Adrian, I don't really want to add them because their NPCs are strange in the mod and they'd be better suited in a different addon


Adjustments:

Special Ops should only be able to use their grenade launcher when using the commando heads

Hopefully made it so sleeping Barneys don't stand up whilst combat is going on

Off-Duty Zombies can now eat corpses

Raised Kate's max HP slightly

Internal Adjustments, cleaning up, labeling.
