-- SWORD STANCE --
finally after like 4 months

Sword Stance is now available, sporting large range and Autographs for tricky setplay, letting you slice them with Cross Cut to make them detonate after a short duration.

Non Sword Stance related changes:
- Creative Shock's damage, block advantage, hitstun and horizontal speed is reduced
- Check's damage, hitstun, knockback and chip damage are all improved
- Rude Behavior now has 1 proration instead of 2

- Splicing no longer puts a cooldown on things pertaining to the Reel, only Splicing again
- Made Splice Banishing actually cost meter
