- Action resets momentum and doesn't go as far
- Clones are no longer parryable
- Flail is neutral on block everywhere and doesn't block cancel

- Fixed jank on Reel positioning
- Lowered frame data on most projectile moves (oh god i hope he doesnt turn into a semi-zoner)
- Small changes on some moves hit properties

- Removed Half-Time for now cause dear god it is a mess
- Dimensional Reel can now be desummoned for 1 meter
- Splice is 10 frames in combos
- Fixed Tight Schedule randomly not being useable
