Fixed Basilisco using sonar in modes where it should be paused.

Fixed Basilisco taking Destructible Bots damage from its own ram. (Due to technical limits, this also includes ramming attacks from other Basiliscos. But none have actually been programmed to fight back, yet...)

Basilisco is now immune to explosions during the entire ram, not just when the impact charge goes off. This should protect it from explosive props.
