Small Bugfix Update

- Ratchet's Big portrait should be showing up
- The visuals for containers should not freeze and get stuck
- Antlion should not crash the game to to not having an existing radiation value when triggered.

# Radiation Badge begone
The update that everyone has been requesting for! While very minor, this small update should be very impactful in gameplay.

[Newly Added]
+ The Island can now be toggled off to generate onto the mainland. If you hate islands and just want to see the new biome next to all your other familiar biomes, this option is for you!

[Fixes]
+ The radiation badge is now only visible when you take on radiation poisoning. No longer will it sit there and mock you menacingly.

[Fixes]
+ Behold! Ratchet's ears do not clip on most headgear anymore! You get to see their ears properly.
+ Config does not snap to %50 on barrels and immediately starts at 25%.

[Bugs]
- Outside of Beta, the turfs inventory images is invisible.

+ Custom Loading Screen when modded skins API is activated. Also works together with Mim(Mods in Menu) ~Art created by Gearless~
+ Armored Enemy mechanic. Durability is reduced drastically if you're not using a reinforced/raritanium/shadow/lunar weapon against metal or enemies with tough skin/armor.

+ New Drink Animations. No more eating soda cans or Hot cocoa. ~Animated and created from scratch by FeyThing.~
+ New Dodge roll animations ~Originally done by Thedian. Props to them! And fixed animation, edited and made useable in the game by FeyThing~
+ Refined and fixed dodge movement. Those using controllers can rejoice!
+ Hover shoes ignore bear traps in UM

+ Configurations are available for ocean barrel spawn
+ New Irradiated pool design and fixed bubble animation. Bubbles do not slide and fly away rapidly off to the side anymore.
+ Ratchet can now perform on charlie's stage and has custom dialogue
+ Raritaniumore icon has been remade and isn't using my crusty art from 2015 anymore

[Removed/Changed]
+ Raritanium generation has been removed from rocky and badlands biomes. All Raritanium spawns via meteors in these biomes now.
+ Nanotech has been removed from marshes. Meteors will spawn them instead.
+ Removed radiation value from carrots and several other foods. But not all foods, some foods like bananas are still very radioactive.
+ Removed blueprints from scrap mound lootpool. Reduced raritanium drop chance in mounds, and guaranteed rocks dropping off of them instead.
+ Removed roaming robomutts from buzzardy badlands biome.
+ Modification chips no longer have durability due to how expensive they are to make. (May revisit again later)
+ NanoBoosts are cheaper to craft. Instead of an entire bar, only 2 ore is needed, and 2 nanotech.
+ Descriptions in configs for compatibility has been changed to be clearer.

[Fixes]
+ To prevent the mod dehydration from shoving the hunger meter under the radiation meter. The radiation meter is hidden if Dehydration is active. This is also done for UI clutter reasons until further notice.
+ The reinforced spears perspective is fixed and is the proper size when carrying the weapon.
+ Boats and walls can't be inflicted with radiation poisoning anymore.
+ Most of Rift Togethers custom tiles function as they should when Island adventures is active. No more falling through the floor. There's now a nice fade around the tiles as well.

[Bugs}
- Tiles is visibly square when barrels generate toxic water in island adventures because I'm bad at math.
- Tree's animation is still jank and needs to be touched up on as their pivots are still slightly broken.
- The world becomes darker if your ocean is set to 50% or higher ocean pollution.
- Vignette icon is invisible when Mim (Mods in Menu) is active.

- Hover boots blueprints were added to lost recipes and placed in junkpile item loot pool instead of immediately being available to morel.
- Removed radiation resistance on Hover boots
- Added speed penalty when in combat for Hover boots
