v1.0a:
- Various nav fixes

Map 1:
- Reduced zombie spawn in the starting area

Map 3:
- Halved the morgue door explosion's damage
- Removed a fake gascan in the graveyard shed
- Added more cubemap in the warehouse area
- Some texture fixes
- Included a trigger to make sure the church event is fired even when the talker script fail (wait 30s)
