(Sebastian) Implemented basic gold earning and equipment buy systems for players (when using faction troops). Gold earnings occur once per minute and include a fixed amount of gold + a bonus depending on score.
(Sebastian) Players using faction troops are now allowed to buy any game item by default. A server option can turn that off to only allow troop specific items.

(Sebastian) Fixed incorrect clan banner assignment.
(Sebastian) The surgeon hud is now enabled when a surgeon kit is equiped, not only when wielding it.
(Sebastian) Fixed firepot and grenade effects are still enabled after a new round started.
(Sebastian) Fixed an exploit that allowed the usage of weapons on horseback which are not supposed to work on horseback.

(Sebastian) Faction troop bots now have a spawn limit depending on the troop type, so each faction has a unique ratio of infantry, cavalry, ranged etc.
(Sebastian) Changed the way how ambient sounds are triggered, that also fixed the no ambient sound issue on custom maps.
(Sebastian) Grenades no longer explode on impact, but after a specific time after being thrown.
(Sebastian) Fire now also damages nearby objects.
