Livonia Compatabilty and minor adjustments Update 1.0.5

ATTENTION SERVER OWNERS. SURVIVOR ANIMATIONS MOD IS NOW REQUIRED.

Increased ATV overall health.

Minor Tweak to ATV engine to have more Tourqe on lower RPMS, In testing was able to climb hills near Livonia bunker without issue on and off road.

Adjusted the ATV's Lower Colision Hitbox to better handle low laying objects and a buggy bridge collision at - 4126,8985 on Livonia

Adjusted the ATV Memory points to better behave when getting on and off the ATV in buildings with a low roof

Adjusted ATV Tires to be slightly bigger.

Adjusted other minor Values.

Changed over RPM sound

MAJOR - Made Survivor Animations a required mod. Swappable Steering wheel and handbar feature is still being worked on, but for better user experiance in the mean time the survivor animations mod is being set as a requirement till the feature is complete.
