Diving suits now have explosion resistance.
Edited characters' speed in diving suits. Now they will also use new official animations when wearing diving suits.
(New vision block is really stupid from my point of view, but I don't know how to solve this, sorry.)
P.S. PUCS is still same as itself in earlier versions. I didn't change diving suits' ability of pressure protection.
