Big update!

WEAPONS:
- Made Grenade Launcher deal damage more consistently
- Fixed M.D. applying damage multiple times
- Fixed third person muzzleflashes in multiplayer
- Added a custom crosshair

PLAYERMODELS:
- Added dismemberment
- Fixed sounds in multiplayer

ENTITIES:
- Made power-ups have faithful behavior
