- Improvements to plasma launcher GUI and functionality changes to dual plasma launcher.
- Dual plasma launcher charging has custom GUI color to distinguish locking of the second arm.
- Dual plasma launcher shot damage increased by 1.5x to compensate for locked arm and more threatening looking plasma shots.
