switched around window shutters in mid house and opened up the roof for nades. B short has a spammable gate now.

- Adjusted B connector and the squeeky/apps access.
- Adjusted mid house where CT's drop with a new window onto A and connecting it to B connector & CT spawn
- Added a bit more cover for T's to fight mid early.
- Reduced some cover on A.
- Adjusted cover on B main slightly.
- CT to A is now surfable.
