Stat Changes
Waveland friction increased (.05 > .15)

Tech roll no longer plays the animation at mach 20
Tech roll distance reduced (11 > 8)

Normals

Up Strong:
Increased base knockback of the scoop hitbox (7 > 11) now links into the grab hitbox on short characters

Up Air:
Increased base knockback of the initial hitboxes (3 > 5) should now lead into the second hit more consistently

Specials

Side Special:
-Can now be cancelled into a wall jump

Up Special:
-Empowered Up Special now has increased vertical distance

and finally...

Sprite Changes

Aurelis now has outlines on her Strong attacks!
and her hair doesn't disappear randomly during her basic animations!

Slight changes, nothing too crazy

Down Special knockback reduced (1.6 > 1.3 Scale, 6 > 3 Final Base)

Aerial Down Special sound effects added. This was the last set of sound effects needed, all moves now have hit sounds associated with them.

Fix on Up Strong that should make it way more consistent, that's all.

Up Strong:
-Horizontal speed set to 0 while rising, prevents the scoop hitbox from leading into nothing.

Tons of changes this patch!

Since I don't want to list each and every single move and list the same changes 20 times over...

Hitpause across all moves has been adjusted to some degree!


This is to bring it in-line with the rest of the workshop contest cast, and to improve game-feel overall.

All normals and aerials now grant a small amount of meter!


This is to make meter gain feel more fluid overall, and allow for more meter use in matches

HUD
-Improved meter appearance to make it more obvious
-Added sections to meter sprite to visually represent the three charges

Down Special
-Now charges over time instead of all at once
-You are now able to cancel down special via jumping, dodging, or pressing the special button
-Powered variant knockback decreased (15 > 9 Base, 2 > 1.6 Scale)... Thank NuzL for that one

Forward Tilt
-1st hit angle adjusted (20 > 90)
-1st hit knockback increased (2 > 2.5 Base)

Forward Aerial
-1st hit no longer sends towards you
-2nd hit knockback reduced (7 > 5 Base)
-2nd hit angle increased (30 > 50)

Up Strong
-Startup increased (5f > 10f)

Dash Attack

- Startup reduced (12f > 10f)

- Scooping hitbox added
- Gold now acquired after the full move is performed

Specials

Side Special

- Now has a built-in timer to automatically perform the attack after the glide (Infinite > 45f)

Bug fixing and other such things:

Side special now functions as intended with the wing hitbox
Side special also no longer has a random chance to boost you horizontally at higher speeds than intended

Dash attack movement fixed (again) and consistency improved

Up tilt now prevents you from fastfalling for the duration

Up strong now prevents you from fastfalling for the duration

Forward tilt hit 1 adjusted placement

Up tilt hit 1 hitbox width increased (34 > 44)

Up tilt hit 2 hitbox height increased (58 > 62)

These changes are mainly to improve the consistency of her moves rather than increasing the strength of her moves through numbers.

Up strong now has added smear effects to improve clarity! Huzzah!
