– Adds tail hurtbox on multiple moves including tilts

- Hitbox size changed to match

- Hit 2 base kb increased 7 -> 7.5

Nspecial:
- Ball hitbox physics dejankified

Fspecial:
- Window to jump from landing on the ground decreased 16 -> 8
- Extra end lag animation added when not jumping from the ground
