- removed restriction that didn't show colored background in building construction popup window for WH3 factions
- changed the font color for "All other types of corruption -%" effect to orange for better readability
- changed the font color for caravan cargo value number above the caravan from light beige to black for better readability

- remade a bit the WH3 winds of magic container. Now it's the same size as WH1 and WH2 one

- implemented the small fix for Warband Upgrades panel from 4.1.4 hotfix

- returned back the -9 db gain to overall UI and returned +9 dB to my legacy sounds soundbank. WH3 sounds now shouldn't be as overpowering/loud as compared to the newly implemented sounds by me. The negative is, like I mentioned somewhere else, some other sounds I haven't implemented yet (such as opening the Intrigue panel when playing as High Elves) is almost inaudible.
It'll take some time but rest assured, I am working on it.

- fixed building construction background being an incorrect color - now they're colored properly like in the building browser

- a small fix for the deploymend end sound playing twice and overlapping

- fixed the selected unit card overlay overlapping unit category frame on the bottom of the unit card
- fixed a few Oxyotl event texts being hard to read - light green text changed to dark green
- fixed Oxyotl's threat map not playing sound when open
- came up with a lazy way to turn other UI sounds - removed the -9 dB gain from the entire UI container - will revert back if it causes any issues
