Sandslash v1.5

General:
- Improved D-Tilt, D-Strong, F-Strong and U-Strong animations
- Added new set of alts (special thanks to Gamernoob and Seer for helping out)! check them out with the new toggle button
- Fixed Retro and Generation alts wind color
- Removed Herobrine

Balance:
- Jab:
1- Second hitbox hitpause growth 0.4 -> 0.5

- F-Tilt:
1- Hitpause growth 0.6 -> 0.7

- Dash Attack:
1- Moved the hitboxes backwards a little bit

- F-Strong
1- Base hitpause 9 -> 10

- D-Strong
1- Angles 45 -> 50 / 135 -> 130

- D-Air:
1- Removed "untechable" from initial hitboxes
2- Multi-hits and last part are slightly faster
3- Multi-hits base kb 6 -> 7

- N-Special:
1- Removed the ability to keep spinning when level reaches 3. Added a small window where you can store it.
When you recast it again at max level Sandslash will start rolling right away

- F-Special:
1- Extra hitpause reduced 12 -> 10

General:
1- Version is now 1.25 (this should fix the online issue)
2- Added Pokemon Stadium and BBC News compatibility

- D-Tilt:
1- Increased the range a bit

- B-Air:
1- Added a small hsp boost backwards
2- Adjusted animation offset

- N-Special:
1- Now can be jump cancelled on-hit
2- Added soft armor during Rollout based on charge level (6, 7, 8)
3- Level 1 kb scaling 0.6 -> 0.4
4- Level 1 angle 55 -> 60
5- Level 2 kb scaling 0.75 -> 0.7
6- Level 2 angle 50 -> 55
