生效表单去除了有特殊建筑机制的派系（混沌勇士、自定义混沌大军、野兽人、绿皮）

The active roster removes factions (Beastmen, Daemon, Greenskin, Chaos Warriors) with special building mechanics

费用增加，低级增加很少，高级的增加较多

Cost increase, low level increases very little, while high level increases more
