Buff / Nerf
- NSpecial beach balls now reflect when parried instead of doing parry stun! Makes them more fun overall, but is kind of both a buff and nerf. Disrupts gameplay less though and feels better!
(Parrying the explosion specifically will still cause parry stun like always, however)
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Optimized file size quite a bit (8mb->4mb)
+ Fixed contact damage rune (Rune K) not working correctly
+ Added phone tips
+ Updated the AI a bit more

+ Anti-cheapie is now opt-in (hold Attack to activate it!), and should react to less characters

v1.14
Nerfs
- NAir now has a small cooldown and does a bit less damage
- Several moves are now more punishable and have smaller hitboxes on whiff (ex: NAir, DStrong, UAir, USpecial, DSpecial vein attack, etc)
- DSpecial vein attack now lasts a bit shorter and does less damage
- FSpecial ice projectile now requires more charge, and is more punishable (as it's not supposed to be a replacement for the laser)
- Added bonus-damage windows to certain attacks, where if Marx misses he can be punished for extra damage
- Made the wavedash less crazy, and reduced movement speed a bit
Fixes / Other Changes
+ FSpecial ice projectile is now fired with the Attack input while charging, so it's used less accidentally
+ Fixed rising aerials going very high
+ Fixed FSpecial and DSpecial charging when hitting with projectiles (now only physical hits will charge them)
+ Made the AI a bit better
+ Added more Miiverse posts
+ Fixed anti-cheapie a bit (should be less strict, to hopefully have it trigger less on accident)

+ Fixed a bug with setting the Marx CPU to lvl 1-3 (basically a boss mode thing left in by accident, an actual boss mode may come someday though)

+ Fixed some things being reflectable when they shouldn't (mainly FSpecial+UStrong lasers and black hole)
+ Added extra impact to powerful hits, and made hits in general feel better with a custom shaky hitpause effect
+ Added silly angle 0 to some moves

Buffs
+ The FSpecial ice projectile no longer depletes the whole meter on use, instead it will deplete half of it
+ Full charge DStrong can now hit twice more reliably, and brought back the end hit it had during development when Marx reappears (we'll see if it sticks)
+ Full charge black hole does a bit more damage since it's so unpractical to really use anyways
Nerfs
- Marx loses more of his laser charge on death than before, due to the charge rate and high reward it has
- If NAir is used repeatedly, the cutter projectiles will be a bit weaker and do less hitstun, damage, etc
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Improved Marx's AI a decent bit, it should now know how to use its moveset a little bit better and use more of its tools
+ Improved hit SFX on full charge DStrong slightly
