Fixes:
Fixed trigger skip at barn
Raised lj blocks to avoid camera drop on edges
Fixed missing wood face at construction site frames

Gameplay changes:
Fattened up posts in starter room
Slightly adjusted the position of the first set of barrels
Removed windows on first few houses

Added smoke particles to a few non teleport chimneys
Adjusted route markers to be less subtle
