-Playtesting to ensure map works after V(1.06)

-Added 4 more deployment slots for use of
mods which provide 1/2 value units i.e. FBI HRT

-Added an inaccessible enemy so that QRF still
spawns when all enemies are killed (makes
eliminate all hostiles impossible)

Thanks to Ozymandias for pointing out an issue with the QRF. Said QRF will now spawn much faster to eliminate any issues caused by spawning on top of your operators.

-Added a window to the north (top) side of the apartment.
-You can now wall breach through the master bedroom onto the balcony

Removed a camera from testing the map that I somehow missed.
