- Fixed Dorm Cloth using incorrect Dorm normal map

(note to self, there are two Dorm cloth normal maps in game files)

UMP9 weapon prop pistol grip has been slightly edited to be more in proportion.

- Fixed jigglebone issue.
- Fixed some misaligned arm bones.

Some shader adjustments for Flying Phantom outfit.

- Updated Dorm stockings with correct normal map and shader adjustments.
- Fixed very noticeable compression artifacts on dorm body skin texture.

- Added missing collar jigglebones for Default outfit.

- Flying Phantom model and materials updated

- Fixed Flying Phantom NPC wrong directory name in lua.

- Added Flying Phantom outfit + outfit related props.

- Smoothing adjustment to the Dorm outfit stockings and legs due to weird shadows appearing under certain lighting conditions.
- Props vmt material adjustments.
