All belt slot hat additions to researches done. Completed assignment to the new UWE's crafting benches.
Currently working on setting blueprint availability on some shops.

Updated all Belt Slot Hats and Mask with the new values added by UWE. They all work again. I'll take care of spawn rate and crafting asap.

Updated for UWE v30 (UWE 2.0)
