Changes:
-Optimized certain out of bounds areas,
-improved skybox with extra buildings and an improved Changjon street apartments area,
-thickened the window brushes on the Ministry of Foreign trade building in order to prevent a glitch when viewing them from a long distance,
-added trees and foliage around the Grand people's study house,
-added an extra building behind the Ministry of Foreign trade,
-added a soundscape.
