Forgot to make it so Idle Breathing and other camera motion is automatically disabled when using the Physgun/Toolgun to make building easier.

Game Feel:

Added Idle breathing motion. (Can use Runner_CL_Camera_NoBreathing 1 in the console to remove this feature)

Added "Fake Stamina" variable, making the Idle Breathing motion much faster as you prolong running.

Added slight camera tilting when turning around while hanging and wall running upwards.

Other:

Reduced Mouse Sensitivity loss when turning around while hanging by about 50%

Clamped Turn angle while Hanging so you cannot over turn past 180 degrees backwards.

Reworked how the Crosshair is drawn so it should be much less jittery now.

Increased Grapple Device cooldown by about 1 full second to incentivise using Wall Actions to deal with the extended cool down, Jumping from the grapple device when flying up high still grants more than enough time to re-grapple on your way back down.

Forgot to increase the Vertical output of the Boosted Wall Run Jumps.

Sideways Wall Running Jumps now inherit the Wall Runs speed output if it's greater than a certain threshold, this makes it so grapple swinged wall runs, high speed wall runs and Boost Pad wall runs have more power behind them, allowing for easier combo potential with other surfaces.
