- Lootboxes are no longer cargo items. They now go into your stash. If you still having any in your cargo, move them to the stash.
- Now you have to use them to be opened.

- The mod configuration has been re-located to the new "mods" config tab on the pause menu
- Reworked some of the options for a smoother look without cluttering the screen so much.

- Now Gold and XP options can be resetted individually among they own tabs
- New options that handle XP gems (like enabling big gems for all jobs, awarded amount, etc)

- Configuration of this mod is now fully integrated in game! With a series of dialogs, you can customize all the mod parameters that previously had to be done by hand

- Even more configuration options
-- Now you can disable the scalling factor based on jobs done of XP and Gold, if you wished
-- Now you can configure the amount of Lootboxes you get and you can also alter they unlocking formula, to be avalible earlier or later based on the amount of jobs you do
-- Now you can enable and configure crew XP award: Disabled by default since its laggy as hell on older or heavier saves, when on, adds an extra XP reward when you complete a Job that is half the normal XP it would give but that applies to every member of you Fleet.

- Added "maJobs_eraser" trigger. In case you accidentally break something, this triggers erases all the additional gVars that allow the mod to be configured. You amount of jobs done wont be lost. To activate it, you have to manually call it with the console.
- Reworked how the mod awards XP
-- The scalling now its dynamic instead of fixed
-- No longer duplies its amount after 50 jobs have been done, but instead each job done gives a tiny extra amount of XP
-- Each Job you do increases the XP reward by 1% of its base amount (Base XP rewards: 50 for high, 25 for medium and 10 for low)
-- Now XP rewards can be configured by the player. Read the mod file for more information on how to configure its formula with the in game console.
