There were still some mip-mapping artifacts at a distance caused by the DXT5 compression so I rectified it by thickening the black artwork outlines to both the paper base and the Red holochannel. Now the holographic versions work much better!

* Made textures DXT5
* Thickened some outlines to counter compression problems
* Added another layer of splats to the background, reworked background slightly.
* Replaced Green channel transition pattern with larger dots to appear less noisey
* Shifted some detail from the blue channel to the green channel for better definition
* Worked on the image alpha so entire background wears, adjusted variables in VMT.
