Strongs have slightly more endlag.
Fixed hurtboxes in some animations.

FStrong launches from 50 to 45 degrees, the further away the opponent is. Longer endlag.
DStrong launches at a 55 degree angle; the previous angle was genuinely unfair and gimped recoveries with pretty much no counterplay due to the constant and disjointed hitbox. Now it keeps its high damage and lenient hitbox while reducing its utility for edgeguarding, forcing the player to use Blundergat or a staff.
All aerials have increased landing lag.
Placing the Ragnaroks on the ground takes less time.

Resized to better fit the base roster. Some rebalancing.
>FStrong launches at a 60 degrees angle instead of 70. It has less scaling. The scaling, damage, and stun inflicted to the enemy is higher the closer they are to the attack.
+DStrong is good now. It deals more damage if all hits connect (for a total of 16 damage), and launches the opponent at 40 degrees, making it excellent for edgeguarding.
>All staffs have added sound effects (including that satisfying reload sound effect)
>Changed the Victory animation to feature the Wind Staff. I mistakenly used the Fire Staff for the animation, since I thought that was the one he used in the final cutscene of Revelations, but he actually uses the Wind Staff, so it has been changed accordingly.

+Ragnarok DG4 needs to be held down for a few less frames to plant them to the ground.
+PHD Slider launches at a slightly further angle.
-PHD Slider cannot stack trails in place if sliding against a wall or ledge.
-PHD Slider dissappears on hit.

+A and FTilt can be cancelled slightly earlier with a Taunt.
+Storm Bow has a bigger hitbox and two less frames of endlag.
+Tapped Ragnarok has higher knockback.
+Ray Gun upgrades didn't work properly, but now they do.
+Fixed Magmagat's everything: there were no visuals to indicate the hitbox and the projectile didn't work properly, since it only worked in midair, and didn't register a change if Richtofen had PHD or not. Now everything's fixed, and also buffed the hitbox size and duration, along with adding a cooler effect.
+Juggernog increases Defense to 1.55 instead of 1.5.
-Wolf Bow stun increases the further the opponent is instead of being the same all throughout the animation. Two more frames of endlag.
