Amount needed 65% -> 80%
* Mainly due to how strong the ultra is, I might put back at 100%. But for now this should make it a little less crazy

Install Fstrong:
No longer breaks sheilds in install
But is slightly stronger

Gave Smears (Hitboxes edited)

Early HB lifetime 3F -> 4F
KBS 0.155 -> 0.16

Fair:
Gave Smear (Hitboxes edited)
Damage 4 -> 6,8
Landing lag F10 -> F7 (F3 during install)

Bair:
Gave Smear (Early Hitbox edited)
Landing lag F10 -> F6 (F2 during install)

Nspecial:
Edited hurtboxes a bit
Added upwards & downwards projectile
Added max level charge (basically just get a parry or Ultra install)

Parry:
Ultra Fill 8 -> 10
Will give you a charge of Nspec now
