-Trade Route bonus now correctly moved from Harbor to Seaport
-No longer increases cost of Harbor or Seaport
-Aquamiming Network is cheaper and more appropriate to its tech column
-Aquamining Network now has custom art icon
-Aquamining Network text fixed
-Added compatibiliy for my Techtree Overhaul mod

-Seaports cost a little more and they don't add production to Sea Resources too
-New building, Aquamining Station, added. +2 prod from Ocean Tiles, requires Robotics,1 Aluminum, and a Seaport
