Now a Free Action with a 3 round cooldown
Heal from 1/2/3/4/5 to 1/1/2/2/3
Now applies 1/1 / 1/2 / 2/2 / 2/3 / 3/3 Restoration
Stun chance buff from 20% to 30%
No longer cures blight/bleed
Stun buff per Stress unchanged

Fixed:

Amorphous Atlas buffs now properly end after one quest and are adjusted to reflect scouting and surprise buff stacking (sowwy UwU)
