"The 5k Update"

This is a big one we've been planning for quite a bit, hope you enjoy!

- Gem Hunter no longer has a custom affliction, she can now virtue and afflict as regular heroes do.

As such, we've added a new virtue animation and hundreds of new barks for the vanilla virtues and afflicts.

- Overall bark expansion readability update

Besides virtue and afflict barks, we've done a pass on all her barks, adjusting her accent to be more easily readable. We've also added support for more customize-able barks in vanilla and modded content, including all vanilla quirks, the Refracted affliction, and the Marvin Seo and and Sunward Isles quirks and diseases.

- Town event additions

Added a second town event which gives gem hunters an idle level and any hero some free equipment upgrades. This new event comes with a town sprite. Additionally, added an embark sprite for her other event (sitting on the button like Vixen does.)

- Vocalization and sound fx update

Added vocalizations to Mine Away, Sparkler Slip, and Minecart Crash, each with multiple variants to reduce audio fatigue. Also remade Pack Tactic's sound fx.

- Rebalancing pass

Minecart's damage was adjusted to be less heavily focused on rank one, with the intention of reducing its ability to delete a monster on round 1. Damage to the other ranks has been increased to compensate.

Because she no long always afflicts, stress stacking became less risky. Bonus stun chance per stress removed and replaced with scaling crit chance buff on Stress'd Snack.
