Fixed locality issues with briefing and 3D sound and insertion lighting.

Changed vo and brieifng anim. Changed loadouts and uniforms. Added stoners at gate. Changed flight path and wp speed. Removed lightsout. Significantly increased AI skill level. Added user adjustable revive params on mission load.

*Complete overhaul of squads and triggers.
*New random talkers voice system.

*Removed randomiztion on some characters

New briefing system, Coop 4 to 6, new sound samples and AI voices, changed weather, lighting, changed to BIS revive and VA. Changed respawn system. Changed compound - removed trees and grass added buildings. Added scripted random aI speach. Changed AI search paths.
