Added extra power decal inside train station to point players to power better
Added about 25% extra stock ammo for all base weapons and pap versions
Added level.waits and level.notify's to help scripting logic for ee to not soft lock players
Note; because of this change the blue orb step is now based off of the first round you start the egg
Added extra 10 seconds travel time for vectorball perk egg
Moved vectorball to less hidden first spot just around the corner 20 units
Expanded free "In Plain Sight" damage trigger to be more consistent

- Lowered Map Download size from 36 Gigs down to 5 by cleaning Xpacks and Re-Uploading

- adjusted non stop dog spawns from round 10 ->15

- increased spawn delay for non stop spawns

- Fixed Transfer Station Zone & Cemetery Zone Not Touching resulting in player death
- added back player tactical reloads
- reduced speed multiplier on ASP
