Small update.

+ Aerial Tap no longer has Fall disabled by Accelerate

~ Added some unique dialogue when grabbing certain characters

1.9 balance update.

+ Antagonize now -3 on block (-1 against aerial opponents)
+ Antagonize now -18 on parry
+ Antagonize range reduced in air (approx. half distance)
+ Antagonize hitlag adjusted; Opponent goes further before Foreigner gets their turn on hit
~ Remember that Antagonize can't hit opponents standing on the ground...
+ Deny IASA increased to 18 when started in air
+ Deny Sadness gain tuned down slightly
+ Tap knockback increased (6.0 -> 7.5)
+ Glare IASA on block increased (11 -> 17)
+ Let now applies block advantage when used to withstand an attack
+ Let no longer applies hitlag when Foreigner is hit with a throw
+ Look To The Sky should no longer allow for guaranteed hits against Getup; Opponent invuln for full duration if getting up
+ Arrange should no longer interacts with projectiles
+ Arrange can now be hit with melee attacks to prevent it from triggering for 19 frames
+ Cursing Arrange instantly removes this delay
+ Fixed bug causing Curse to not intensify countdown of Flick's impending doom

I'm forced to realize that this is likely the most powerful character I've released yet.
It's harrowing to think that, odds are, they're only bound to get stronger...

1.9.0 update.

+ Back in neutral is delayed by 3 frames if sent up and away
+ Cross now sends slightly down on the first hit, and slightly up on the second
+ Calamity tracks to and can detonate on Foreigner when Foreigner is in hitstun
+ Denied Wish superflash time adjusted
+ Deny now cranks sadness
~ if used while airborne
~ if Corrected is active
~ if Deny is interrupted into itself

+ Deny reduces sadness if used to guard against an attack or grab

First post-launch update.

+ tuned down screenshake across the board
+ made High Glare +1 on block (+3 against airborne opponents)
+ increased IASA on Hit for High Glare (11 -> 13), increased SDI Modifier (0.3 -> 0.75)
High Glare into Tap could never drop before against DI Down. This should open up more escape routes for the opponent at higher combo scalings.
+ reduced combo hitstun of Antagonize air-only hitbox (22 -> 19)
+ made Antagonize +0 on block (+2 against airborne opponents)
+ increased Antagonize proration (1 -> 2)
+ made Curse actually last 3 seconds (300 frames -> 180 frames)
+ Flicker can no longer be redirected by being hit
+ Deny now gives opponent invulnerability every frame after forcing them to throw tech
+ increased range of Displace (60 -> 75)
+ increased initial speed of Displace (6.0 -> 7.5)
More movement for your meter.
+ decreased momentum carry of Displace (2.5 max speed -> 2.0)
Less movement for your meter...?
+ dampened initial lightning accuracy by 50%
The rain is permanent, and is intended to ramp in threat level with time. This should better realize that idea, as accuracy still slowly increases to 0 with each strike.
+ made "Accelerate" not usable in combo
This was a very, very cruel oversight...
+ bound "Accelerate" use condition to be below 1/3rd Max HP instead of below 3330 HP
+ put indignant on a 60 frame timer, renamed to wrathful
+ various small Codex updates
+ fixed issue with cinematic version of Look At The Sky causing certain effects to never tick down (timer now always resumes when move ends)
+ numerous small bug fixes
