small hotfix

Fixes:
- some philosophy events were still in German
- a few nicknames were still in German
- replaced the bon icon with the one from ck3 (someone didn't like the one from ck2^^)
- several minor bug fixes

New content and gameplay changes:
- The third button in the philosophical overview works now
- you can patronize the studies of family members or staff members
- rich and clever characters might start to study philosophys on their own
- offensive wars now can becomes more exhausting as the war exhaustion value can increase up to 50 and this value impacts now the morale of your troops and navy

UI:
- several new HD icons (thx to ROG Sayto)
- new and replaced icons for some greek cities
- more character interactions have a symbol now
- better graphical elements in the technology UI

- changed the way the college tries to get money so the ruler is not always asked to pay the bill

Big Update:

Fixes:
- a lot of minor fixes like typos
- several mission trees are now reworked so they will work with my new buildings
- added missing English strings
- at game start all characters over 23 gain free job access
- reduced the possibility to get the ‘corruption everywhere’ event
- improved AI governor behaviour regarding the policies
- Improved Performance in the province view by deactivating a minor and redundant feature

New content:
- added an event for PRY for the mission tree of KIO
- added some governor content
- a very big event pack with 40 new spouse events (including 100+ variations) transferred from Ck3 but heavily modified or entirely rewritten both in code and in German and English localizations
These events are for monarchies only, for now at least. I will add them later partially or totally for tribal and for long term government republics like dictatorships.

- new possible minor interactions with spies and other scum at your court

- keep you spouse happy (loyal) as she will have a bigger impact on your ruler

- all spouse events have a dynamic event image with 50+ images in total for different ages and cultures.
