UPDATE 20 HERE, REJOICE!

"EAT MY WAVES" update(probably the first ever update i have wrote changelog for)

Additions:
-A new "Fission Melter" gun, the Fission accelerator's short ranged cousin, boasting some huge damage and heavy radiation poisoning. Includes enviromental pollution and (maybe) cancer.

-Dr. Gauci's BoostVaxxer, a very rapid burst firing syringe gun. Better used with poisons and probably will eat through your syringes just like your bank after a few bursts.

-0 Promised grenades, still thinking about making it. Maybe later.

Major Changes:
-Some crafts, including bluntshooter's wheeler and ice cream machine IN DA HOOD.
-A few descriptions to properly describe how some stuff work.
-Hunting rifle buff, because it sucks(not in the fun way).
