Big 'ol update

Animation changes
-Walk slightly altered
-New Injured Weak animation

Stat adjustments
-Ground Fricition Increase (12 -> 30)
-Defense Multiplier Decrease (1.4 -> 1.35)

Buffs
Increased Up Air Base Knockback (6 -> 7)
Increased Forward Air Base Knockback, as well as launch angle change (6 -> 7) (33 -> 60)
Up Tilt had adjusted angles to make it connect more consistently
Back Air had an -1 frame adjustment in between all kicks, as well as decreased air control so all hits land more consistently
Up Special had it's distance travelled upward increased (10 -> 12)
Aerial Down Special had it's Knockback Scaling increased (0.09 -> 0.1)
Ground Down Special's final hit had it's Base Knockback Increased (5 -> 7)
Forward Strong had it's Damage and Base Knockback Increased (14 -> 19) (8 -> 10)
Up Strong had a decrease in Hitstun to make it hit more consistently
Neutral Special's charged variant had a decrease in Hitstun to make it hit more consistently
Increased Knockback Scaling on last hit of Ultra (0.145 -> 0.15)

Nerfs
Decreased Knockback Scaling of Final hit of Up Special (0.11 -> 0.09)

This may seem like a major buff, but a lot of these changes are really just to make many of Lightmoon's multi-hit's more consistent (I've typed consistent so any times this patch, dear lord)
