Ver 1.1

-Up strong had general hitbox fixes to make sure all hits connect, especially the last one
-Down strong has been given more endlag, and no longer reflects projectiles (+5 frames of endlag)
-Dash attack and F-air had their active frames reduced (-2 frames)
-Side special now has an extra frame of startup, and has a visual indicator for when it's used
-Up special doesn't travel as far, and can only cancel into the second hit, not any move. (Vertical movement velocity 11 ->10)
-The second hit of Up Special had it's kill power reduced (Base: 10 -> 8, Scaling: 0.1 -> 0.09)
Down Special (oh god)
-No longer travels as far (Horizontal movement flags changed from 6, 7, 6 to 4, 6, 4)
-The move now pushes Lightmoon back if shielded (Velocity: -5)
-The move now has 2 sets of hitboxes, one that detects grounded opponents, and one that detects Aerial opponents, the grounded hitbox now pops up for the move to vacuum better
-Damage has been reduced from a total of 17 possible damage to 9 possible damage
-Increased endlag (+12 frames)
