Compatibility Update! Now Hibiki is able to interact with other Workshop characters and being interacted with!

-Knocked out animations during her Super Special Move can be changed by other characters creators
-Blood spilled is now able to be changed by other characters creators
-Hibiki now has a ball animation with Game & Watch's throws
-Hibiki now gives Kirby the Ninja copy ability

-Changed logic for blood positioning during her Super Special Move (thanks Nyon!)
-Hibiki now uses "knocked_out" when getting KO'd by her Super Special Move (since it looks better and smoother). The "knocked_out_fatal" option is still available for any Workshop creator who still prefers to have that variation.

-Nerfed the Neutral Special range buff from previous update. Instead of 1.4 Scale, it's now at 1.15. So it's still a bit buffed, but not seriously overtuned like before.

Final Smash is a Work In Progress, but she has animations for its three variations (Attack, Special and Shield). Needless to say, it's still very much unfinished. Just wanted to release this update so people could feel out the Neutral Special buff. It's supposed to be a long range poking tool, but I haven't seen it being used too often. Also the sweetspot for Side Special has been shortened a bit to be more in line with the original games (and to not be *too* easy to get).

Edit: I think I might've overtuned the Neutral Special a bit. Will nerf it tomorrow.

-FINALLY, the Rage Meter now increases with damage taken instead of amount of hits taken. For now, every 50 points of Damage fills the Meter entirely. Might nerf it, but I'll leave it live for a bit to get a feel for opinions.

-Removed Back Aerial reverse angle and nerfed it a bit
-Nerfed Forward Tilt a bit
-Buffed Forward Strong second hit a bit
-Increased Knockback Growth but reduced Base Knockback on Forward Aerial

-Implemented shield hitstun code on Side Special
-Nerfed Rage gain by half (still figuring out a way to make it damage based and not hit based, but for now, it's a bit nerfed)
-Hurtboxes now cover her feet on Down Air
-Fixed Neutral Aerial having more active hitbox frames than it should
-Increased Landing Lag on Aerial Side Special
-Implemented "knocked_out" and "knocked_out_fatal" interactions with other Workshop characters (should their creators choose to feature these animations, they will interact with Hibiki's Super Special Move)
-Credited Gaming for their better AI code (I forgot to credit before, I apologize)
