added hospital where you can heal and a new mission. Few other things I forgot.

Added Some nice buildings around the city, fixed a mission, best part is nightclub. :)

PATCH IS HERE: Added mode option - you can now chose if you want the hunger system and a paycheck (hardcore) or no hunger system and unlimited cash (arcade). Added 1 new task. Fixed house furniture, so now you can see the sleeping bag and sleep in it. Hunger system adjustments - takes longer for numbers to go down, hunger and thirst numbers are different losses. Bug fixes and other updates.
