Armol Bandits will occasionally wield Silt pistols, and Rock Launchers.

Armol Archers will sometimes spawn with the Dynamite Bow.

Fixed broken patch files: crewmember.config, and apexrebelvillager.npctype.

Credit to ShyDispatch for helping me figure out what went wrong.

Added unique dialogue for outOfRangeText, and nothingThereText, on inspection tools.
