- Great Explorers are no longer consumed when doing archaeology (but are still consumed when culture bombing).

- New World Congress Project: Joint Polar Expedition. Rewards include golden age points, free Great Explorers, and a special museum wonder containing a free artefact.

- Better support for Mod Civs through SQL triggers. Industrial Era Unique Units should now unlock at the same Steam/Gaslamp era tech as the base unit they replace.

Bugfix - the game no longer crashes when a Great Explorer spawns

Ballooning tech now gives extra visibility to all Great People, not just generals and admirals.
Scout no longer upgrades into Aeronaut.
Tweaked art define for Dreadnaught, now slightly bigger.
Antiquity sites are now revealed earlier in the techtree, to give early Great Explorers more to do.

Various code changes to enhance compatability with other mods:

- Using relative rather than absolute values to place eras and techs with SQL
- Added unique prefixes to Type of all new buildings, units and techs
- Using conditional SQL statements to build research links and unit upgrade paths from Enlightenment Era and Prehistoric Era mods

Fixed bug where Nautilus could enter enemy cities but not capture them. Nautilus now cannot enter enemy cities.

Now compatable with Gazebo's City-State Diplomacy (CSD) Mod (version 26).

- CSD buildings, units, and world congress projects will unlock at appropriate points in the C&I techtree.

- CSD's Crystal Palace wonder will *not* appear, nor will CSD's changes to the World's Fair project. (having two identically named Crystal Palace wonders was what was causing the major incompatability between these two mods)

- Increased number of specialist slots in Explorer's Society

- Given Museums an Explorer specialist slot

- Crystal Palace wonder now gives Great Explorer points

- Seaport, Aerodrome and Mooring Tower now give Great Explorer points

- Grand Terminus wonder now gives a free Great Explorer, and may only be built on the coast.

- Clubs now give +10% to Great Person rate.

- Replaced "Naval Tradition" social policy with "Global Travel". (Buffs happiness from Seaports, Aerodromes & Mooring Towers, as well as giving a free Great Explorer)

- Changed the Exploration social polict track to give a free Great Explorer instead of a free Great Admiral.

Unit balancing:
- Increased drop range of Aeronaut to 5 tiles.
- Reduced combat strength of Steamcar and Landcruiser,
- Lancer now upgrades into Field Gun.

Art:
- Added new splashscreen pictures for the Crystal Palace, Grand Terminus and Photophone wonders, and the science victory. See art credits txt file for details.
- Added new model for Riachuelo. See art credits txt file for details.

New Unit:
- Added Dragoon, upgrade of Cavalry unlocked at Pharmacy. Cavalry now becomes obsolete at Pharmacy.

Other:
- World Leader votes begin at start of Gaslamp Era, so a Diplomatic Victory is now possible.
- Fixed bug where Dreadnaught and Wheelfort could take ANY type of unit as cargo.
- Filled out/corrected various civilopedia entries and tooltip texts.
