*Corrected issue with Scout slug flexes.

*Removed jiggle bones from all but the pyro slug
*Made contrast adjustments to slug body texture
*Updated backpack Icon to reflect texture changes

NOTE: Was unabel to add smoke effect to spy cig. Compiler kicked back and error on $keyvalues.

Had a little trouble with the importer. It kept removing one of the textures from the model on compile. I think I've been able to fix the problem
