Changed to ship.
Added back in all the missing small ships.

To do:
Look at rebuilding so it is sealed.
Add Oxygen systems

Removed the changeable heads.

Rebuilt the arm with advanced rotors.. Welder in arm now draws from cargo.

Looked at flipable heads.. it requires a much larger work area. Will maybe added that to the large dry dock or for the light mobile dry dock.
