final update for this map, for real

i fixed a prop i selected from a different source game, so no more error props

- added 2 new "stores", a strip club and a doctors office
- fixed skybox to not go over skyline X
- added a ton of decorations to random stuff, especially murkus mart

- fixed random events sometimes not doing 2 per round, i think
- added a new janitor room
- moved a train to block the tracks again
- theres a wall in markus mart that can be broken

Added:
- 1 new event (a baton in the police station drops and anyone that touches it goes to jail)
- New route in the subway station near the elevator, along with a new restaurant and ventilation
- New markus easter egg
- Fixed some stuff

Oh, also i made it 2 random events every round instead of 1. There is a chance it picks the same one
