Fixed: Temporary weapon unlocks would not be properly removed after updating the mod
Fixed: item spawning position (should have a minimum distance from the player)
Added: When obtaining a combo weapon, the weapon is guaranteed to show up once in the next shop
Added: Declined item combos will not show up for the next 3 waves

Added: German, French, Russian and Simplified Chinese translations (will add the other languages later in an another update)

Cleaned up some code. Ready for release.
