- On Shield hit now reduces his speed by 50%

- Speed 10.75 > 10.5

- Goes Down Faster by 10%

I love Incineroar but I remember getting to Elite Smash only using specials (mostly side special and neutral) but I don't want him to be as brain dead in this game... well as much at least... all heavies are braindead.

Recently Cross Chop has gotten a bit of attention for being a decent move, so I figured I'd pull back some cheese from it. Lowering it's base knock back and giving it knockback growth (guarenteed kills at ~75) along with more recovery frames.

[+] If landing Jab 1 on foe or foe shield Incineroar can grab them 5 frames sooner than he would be able to act out of it (note Jab 2 comes out 14 frames faster still, this is mostly used as a mixup option)
Forward Air
[+] Frame 8 (first initial frame) sweet spot slightly bigger
Dash Attack
[+] Speed 10.5 > 10.75 (note during this move he has decreased friction)
Airdash Freefall
[+] Ledgegrab slightly bigger (better recovery mixup)

- Added SFX to Throws, Intro, Side Special, Up Special, Revenge, and Parry Success
- Change SFX on Aerials (Ultimate Spike sound plays on opponents 75% or higher)
- Made his voice 2db louder
