Added some cave networks to the misty mountains and gundabad mountains.

Fixed Goblin Cave entrance and exit.

Tested all existing caves to make sure they're working.

Fixed the spelling and names of certain characters and cities.

Fixed the alianments on many minor factions, not sure why they were set to ERROR, but hopefully they will act normal.

Fixed Moria's entance and exit to work properly, altered some underground terrain to avoid object issues.

Changed the Elves and Goblin outposts garrisons back to default, before the elves had 2 extra units avaiable to them.

Nerfed Mordor, due to them steam rolling Gondor in 13 and 15 turns in the two tests I ran tonight. They now start off at war with their minor neighbor to the south, I decreased the size of their initial force, and deleted one of their gold mines to avoid them starting with three.

Added quite a few resources to the map.
>Made sure each faction starts with gold inside of their borders to make the early game a bit smoother for all factions.
>Balanced resources a bit, to make sure no faction has a huge advantage early on.
>Added resources for end game cities, as many didn't acquire any new resources beyond outpost or town sizes.

Added an appropriate ranged weapon for each faction leader.

Changed the terrain in Mordor to bring their town's moral back to neutral. Changed volcanic to blight, which helped, and added barrens where I felt it was least noticable to bring their defensive points back up into the positive zone.

Also added some swamps to Goblin town and their outpost to bring theirs into a positive figure as well.

Altered the diplomacy so evil factions don't make peace with good ones. Also tweaked some of the neutral town's alignment in hopes of fixing the quest bug.

Added some gold mines around Gondor, as well as a few other starting areas.

Changed the names of the leaders to make it easier to identify the factions they rule.

Also buffed the starting leaders to bring them in line with standard heroes, all leaders begin the game with 10 unassigned skill points.
